BSM Develoeprs Housing Society

BSM Developers Housing Society is a large-scale residential development visualization for Lahore, Pakistan, created to present the scheme's overall planning, architectural character, and landscape environment. The work covered the development at masterplan scale: street layouts, housing clusters, community spaces, and the landscape framework that ties the whole scheme together.

The model was built in SketchUp with careful attention to massing and repetition, so the housing types read clearly from both aerial and street-level views. Parks, tree-lined streets, entrance features, and amenity areas were all modeled to show how the public realm supports daily life in the community. Facade treatments were kept coordinated across blocks to give the development a unified identity while allowing variation between housing types.

Visualization was produced in Lumion, with daytime and dusk scenes that show the development in its best light for sales and investor presentations. The full package was delivered in four weeks, giving the developer a complete visual toolkit: masterplan overviews, street perspectives, and close-up views of key public spaces, all rendered to a consistent photorealistic standard.
