The “wrong creation of texture” pop-up in Lumion almost always points to a graphics-driver or video-memory problem rather than a corrupt project file.
First, update to the latest stable GPU driver and confirm Lumion is running on your dedicated graphics card, not integrated graphics. On laptops this is the single most common cause.
If the error persists, lower the editor quality, close other GPU-heavy applications, and clear Lumion's cache. For very large scenes, increasing virtual memory (page file) often resolves intermittent texture-creation failures.
