About the Project
A landmark 72-story commercial tower visualization for Dubai's evolving skyline. The design integrates parametric façade systems that respond to solar orientation, reducing energy consumption by 40%. Our team created day-to-night transition animations showcasing the building's LED-embedded exterior, and produced a full suite of renders for the LEED Platinum certification submission that helped secure the project's approval.
