About the Project

<p>A restrained material palette of <strong>gray brick, light stucco, dark framing, and metal-style cladding</strong> provides most of the character. Instead of relying on decorative elements, the design uses proportion, texture, recesses, and shadow to establish its architectural identity. Recent Houston contemporary residences similarly use stucco and masonry together with dark framing and large areas of glazing to create a crisp but warm modern expression.</p>
